Respected Sir ,
I am ( Your name ) , the monitor of class (….) . Our class teacher had granted us to go library yesterday on our leisure time . And I found many issues in the library. As a monitor of our class , I am writing this letter to suggest you some of ways to improve our school Library.
There were very limited number of books in the library. Many students of our class were unhappy because they could not find the books they wanted to read . Also, the floor and the book shelves of the library were full of dust. The tables and chairs were not kept in their positions . There is no one to take care of the library. I would suggest you to keep one staff there who will look after the library. Also , I would request you to bring more books related to Biography and History. I must not forget to tell you about the poor ventilation and lightning in our library.
I hope you will take immediate steps to solve the issues we face in our library.
